11 Woodfire is a collaboration between renowned local chef Akmal Anuar and Atelier House Hospitality. At 11 Woodfire, we intuitively work with time-tested wood-fire grilling methods and source the freshest ingredients from the market daily. We burn a variety of woods daily to create an ember that naturally enhances the vegetables or meats and brings out all the natural flavors and characteristics of the ingredients. Our goal is to invite guests into our world and show them how a simple and clean kitchen can meet the highest standards of flavor.
